Kam Ding Investment Ltd. is recalling K-Fresh brand Enoki Mushrooms due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, as reported by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) following a consumer complaint. The recalled items were distributed in British Columbia, Quebec, Ontario, and potentially other Canadian provinces and territories. Details of the recalled product are as follows:
