Powerade products were recalled over a potential metal object in bottles

The Coca-Cola Company, situated in Auburndale, FL, has issued a recall for Powerade products due to the potential presence of a foreign metal object, specifically a stainless-steel ring, in the product. The recall, as reported by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on February 27, 2024, is currently ongoing.

The affected products were distributed to 760 consignees in South Carolina and Florida.
